Client may do the booking of any travel services by phone, WA, email, or filling the online reservation form. A booking is accepted when the Company has confirmed its acceptance in writing and issued a confirmation invoice. Visit Labuan Bajo Komodo will not take any responsibility for different rates or information given by agencies.

Client needs to review and verify the booking confirmation letter. Visit Labuan Bajo Komodo should receive the client’s acceptance confirmation letter in order to proceed with the required invoice.

PAYMENT

Land and sea travel services require a 20% non-refundable down payment.
Air travel services require full payment in advance.
Accommodation facilities require a 1-night room charge as a non-refundable down payment.

Client will receive the invoice of all travel services after all bookings are confirmed by Visit Labuan Bajo Komodo and third parties who act as the tour operator. Payment must be made before the due date listed. Reservation will be automatically canceled if the deposit is not received by Visit Labuan Bajo Komodo by the deposit due date.

Payment of the deposit indicates that the client has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Client may pay the invoice through bank transfer (USD, Euro, IDR account). Any bank charges or extra costs caused by currency differences must be paid by the client.

Client will receive a voucher for all travel services and the due date for the remaining invoice will be mentioned. Visit Labuan Bajo Komodo should receive the remaining payment 1 month prior to the travel date.

For any booking received less than 1 month prior to the travel date, the client must settle the full amount of the total travel cost.

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

Client may cancel the booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to Visit Labuan Bajo Komodo. Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:

• Air travel services: 100% of total cost or depending on the fare class applied to the ticket.

• 15 days or more before departure: forfeit of down payment (20% of total amount).

• 10 – 05 days before departure: 50% of total travel cost.

• 04 days – day of travel: 100% of total cost.

CHANGES BY VISIT LABUAN BAJO KOMODO

Visit Labuan Bajo Komodo reserves the right at any time to cancel or change any facilities, services, or prices described in our brochure or website and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value or charge a supplement locally if alternative arrangements cannot be made without compensation to the client due to prevailing local conditions or any other reason.

Where a major change is made prior to departure, the client may choose to:

• Accept the changes and alternative arrangements with or without compensation to the client, or with a refund of the difference in price.

• Cancel the tour and obtain a full refund.

CANCELLATION BY VISIT LABUAN BAJO KOMODO

Visit Labuan Bajo Komodo reserves the right to cancel the tour in any circumstances (such as weather and sea conditions) beyond our control with or without prior notice.

Where we cancel prior to departure, a full refund of the total cost paid will be made. The client will not be entitled to any compensation for the loss of the tour.

Where the running tour is interrupted by circumstances beyond our control, the refund amount will be calculated based on what is deemed to be a fair proportion of the tour cost. Visit Labuan Bajo Komodo has no responsibility for any compensation or other costs the client incurs due to trip cancellation.

INSURANCE

Client must take out suitable travel insurance in order to take part in a tour organized by Visit Labuan Bajo Komodo.

Visit Labuan Bajo Komodo does not provide any insurance. The client is wholly responsible for arranging adequate insurance coverage for medical expenses arising through illness or accident during the trip and for loss of holiday monies through cancellation or curtailment of the holiday for insurable reasons.

FLIGHTS

All departure and arrival times provided by the airline are estimates only. They may change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational or maintenance requirements.

Visit Labuan Bajo Komodo is not liable for any changes to flight schedules and is not responsible for any losses suffered if the client is delayed and misses any flights.
