It is important to note that the Open Trip operates as a group tour, meaning the journey will be conducted collectively, often alongside other tour participants. Therefore, to ensure optimal collective comfort and shared experience, we highly encourage all participants to minimize personal preferences and prioritize the interests of the group.

To join the Komodo tour, you need to purchase a plane ticket to Komodo Airport, Labuan Bajo, Flores, NTT. Most flights will transit in Denpasar, Bali, and continue the flight to Labuan Bajo.

You can purchase a plane ticket landing at 09:15 on the first day of the trip (flight from Bali at 7 in the morning) as the trip starts at 10 in the morning. However, if you prefer a relaxed schedule, you can also buy a plane ticket landing one day before the trip’s schedule. The return ticket can be purchased on the last day of the trip at 11 am – 11:30 am at the latest, so participants can catch flights at 1 pm or in the afternoon.

In Labuan Bajo, Flores, NTT, Indonesia, the meeting point is located at the Pelni port, which is a 10-minute drive from Komodo Airport. All participants will be picked up at their respective locations half an hour before the trip.

For toddlers to be safe to join a sailing trip, during physical activities such as trekking/snorkeling, toddlers can wait on the boat under parental supervision.

The number of participants in the open trip is adjusted to the capacity of the boat that will be used. Before making a reservation, guests will be offered a choice of available boats on the desired trip date.

Guests can be replaced with the consent of the initially registered guest with a maximum notification of H-1 (1 day before the trip).

A photo of ID card/Passport is required for sailboat permission as a mandatory requirement from the Harbor Master.

Tickets to enter Komodo National Park are available for cash payment only, and the entrance fee is excluded to avoid any change-related issues (such as price changes, etc.).
